Floorical’s installation service is built around precision, care, and a clean finish—delivered with clear communication from start to final walkthrough. We don’t just lay floors; we manage the details that make the result feel premium and long-lasting.
What you can expect:
- Professional installation across laminate, vinyl plank, and timber flooring (project-dependent)
- Thorough prep guidance and honest advice on what your subfloor needs before we begin
- Clean finishing details, including trims, transitions, and tidy edges around doorways and sliders
- Minimal disruption approach, with work staged in practical sections where possible
- Respect for your home—we keep the site clean and communicate progress clearly
- Final inspection and walkthrough to ensure everything is finished to standard
What’s include in the services?
- Pre-install check of site conditions (subfloor, levels, moisture risk areas) and confirmation of scope
- Floor preparation allowance for minor levelling/sanding (where applicable), with clear advice if extra prep is required
- Undercutting skirtings/door jambs for a cleaner finish (where specified)
- Supply and installation of underlay (when included in your quote)
- Professional laying of your selected flooring to manufacturer guidelines
- Trims and transitions fitted (doorways, slider edges, between floor types), using colour-matched profiles where possible
- Expansion gaps and edge detailing completed correctly to protect the floor long-term
- Worksite protection and tidy-up throughout the install, including dust control and daily clean-down
- Final detail finishing and a walk-through inspection with you at completion
- Care and maintenance guidance so you know how to look after your new floor
