No. On a house this size we work through room by room, so there's always somewhere to sleep and somewhere to sit. We'll agree the order with you before we start so you know which rooms are out of action on which days.
Yes, that's included. We shift the furniture out, lay the floor, and put it back where it was. We ask you to clear the small and personal things yourself, so books, clothes, ornaments and anything you'd rather we didn't handle.
Yes. It's waterproof through the whole board rather than just a coating, so accidents and wet paws are fine, and the wear layer handles claws far better than laminate does. It's the product we put in our own houses.
Because we haven't seen your subfloor. An old villa with a sloping timber floor and a ten year old townhouse on flat concrete are completely different jobs, and quoting install before we've measured would mean either overcharging you or coming back later with bad news. Neither is how we work.
You can, and plenty of first home buyers do. The usual approach is living areas first because that's what visitors see, then bedrooms later. Tell us at the measure and we'll price it both ways so you can see what staging actually costs you.
This is a starting point, not a fixed package. We carry laminate, LVT, engineered timber and a full carpet range, and the mobile showroom comes to you so you can see the options in your own light rather than under shop lighting.
